A recent post on VideoGamesBlogger.com hints at a significant delay in the Spore release date by not including Spore in their planning for this fiscal year which ends in March 2008.
Does this really mean Spore won’t be released until at least April ‘08? If so, it’s more likely to be released just in time for the holiday shopping season which, if true, could mean another 15-16 months at least before we can play! Say it ain’t so, Wil!

I doubt Spore is going to be pushed back to the Holiday Season that seems like a totally arbitraty claim. It is more likely that Spore will be released in the Spring, and that EA is using the extra time to get the game ready for different platforms.
